Very disappointed with this company, I placed an order on Thanksgiving, *** and was assured my order went through and I wouldn't have to call to confirm so to disregard the e mail which I didBy *** I hadn't received my order so I called and they said they were missing a card number, no one ever called or e mailed me about that problemMeanwhile, my account was overcharged by $*** so I called on *** and was told a manager would get back to meI'm still waiting for the call as well as a tricycle I ordered for my nephew and Christmas is a tomorrow! They are an awful company and I'm very disappointed in their lousy service! My nephew will not have his trike and I'm livid!!!!!
