directly by Fat Sal's Pizza regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]they contacted me by my personal cell phone at work and wanted to know the name of the company I went through to order food from them and when I explained that I spoke to their staff directly he could not seem to understand this for a few minutes but it finally sunk in and he asked for the last 4 digits on my credit card that I had to used so he could look it up and see if he could find a match to his statements.

Review: I was in NYC for the weekend and ordered food from this place and the service was terrible but that is irrelevant. I got home and checked my bank account and saw they charged me twice for the food I ordered. When I called the person I spoke with who did not give his name told me I could fax my receipt and hung up on me. I called back and lit into him and told him that I would be filing a report with you and I want my money back. There has been no resolution.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

im sending you a copy of all my credit card transuctions, from 02[redacted]/15 till 03/**/15. as you can see a credit card that end with- [redacted] was not charged in this date range. also I called all online proccesing companies we work with to see if she ordered that online, since the customer did not remember who she ordered the food with. [redacted] , [redacted], and [redacted]. they could not find any order for her. customer is not being helpful at all !!! I would like to resolve it regardless, even if she did not ordered the food from us !!! I would like to send [redacted] $ 12.00 and close the matter please call me back let me know where can I send the money truly yours [redacted]
