Review: My friends and I went to this tattoo shop to get a rook piercing, and we walked in and asked for a price. The owner told us and started getting the needle ready he then asked my friend what she wanted and she told him with him not knowing what the rook piercing was I then had to show him on my ear what it was because I had mine done. He sat her on the table and pushed the needle through her ear and got it stuck she then started to cry and he kept pushing the needle through. He pushed the needle so hard that it went all the way through her ear and he tried saying it was new piercing, he dropped the clamps on the ground and picked them back up not cleaning them or getting a new set just put it back in her ear and also dropped the piercing ball on the ground a couple times and didn't get a new one or clean it off. He then charged her for a piercing she didn't want we then went back home and told our parents and her mom decided to go up there and ask for the money back because her ear was gushing blood and it wasn't the piercing she asked for. He was completely rude towards me and her mom. Swearing at us and threw the money in our face. He never took my friends information down or seen how old she was.Desired Settlement: To have his business looked at and checked because it was dirty and he was not respectful towards clients.
