Fat Boys Pizza - B St

Absolutely the worst in customer care and service! Waited two hours for a pizza before cancelling. Called at the one hour mark to check on the order: verbally assaulted for doing so. Called at the one hour and a half mark: verbally assaulted then threatened into keeping order!! Called again to finally cancel and an employee used his own personal cell phone to call us back and harass us two times even after we hung up on him. THEN he sends a descriptive and vulgar text!!! Absolutely shameful! When we addressed this with management it was laughable: seems they already knew who it was and could care less because he's apparently related to the owner. So sad....
