I order French toast with strawberries and whip cream. It comes with a half slice of ham. I hot French toast with no toppings, no powder sugar, syrup or nothing. I got just 2 dry pieces of french toast. I called and spoke with Matt the manager, and all he did was laugh and apologized. Didn't say return and I'll give you a refund or I will redo your order. $9.99 for 2 dry french toast and a half a slice of ham. At this time I was staying in a hotel, and it wasn't like I could go to my kitchen and get syrup or anything to eat the french toast. I was only in *** for 4 days with Friday 8/14/20 being my last day. I just want a refund.
I just want a refund. I felt like the manager (Matt) laughed at me, becuase he felt like I couldn't do anything about the issue.

hed at everyone when she brought it back that where she comes from french toast comes with jam or fruit. If she would have read the menu ours comes with syrup fruit is extra. It happened that day we were out of strawberry's we had blue berrys or ice cream though. She was looking for a fight. She was fully refunded the day she came in. I told her since she ordered from *** or *** she would have to go through their service to get refund.

I am Matt who didn't and did return here money. She ordered french toast and it didn't come with syrup because the new server working that day did not put it in the bag an innocent mistake. She b
