Fat Bottom Trike Company

This company picked-up my motorcycle 12/16/19 to do a tune-up, repair an exhaust leak, and do a trike build. On 02/13/20 Leo called me and told me he had everything to build the trike, and would get started. He said it would take 6 weeks. 05/05/20, after many attempts, I talked to him. He told me 2 weeks it would be complete. 06/09/20 he told me 1 more week. 07/14/20 he told me I could pick it up 07/25/20. 07/31/20 he said he would send pictures(text). 08/16/20 I sent him a text saying I hadn't received the pictures. He sent me a message stating when he is next to it he would. 08/24/20 I received a text stating he was out of town and would be back Monday, bike should be available next week. 09/03/20 I sent him a text stating this 6 week job has become 7 months, and that if it wasn't finished I would pick it up. He sent a text stating he was still working on the kit, and hadn't taken apart the bike.09/05/20 I told him not to do the build, I wanted the bike back.09/05/20 he said he would be there 09/07/20. 09/17/20 He said he moved his shop from summerfield to dade city, will deliver09/22/20 or 09/23/20.It is now 09/27/20 and I still don't have my bike. I left a $3000.00 deposit on 12/17/19.
