Worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company ever. The Fat Bob's branded lift kit I ordered to install on my daily driver truck came with incorrect U bolts that were a half inch too wide and sat loose around my rear axle. I emailed them that night with three pictures with a tape measure in each photo explaining the issue and asking for replacements. No one responded to my email the next day, I had to call twice, the second call being almost 3 p.m. MST, for them to say they were shipping replacements. I asked how long it would take, they said a couple days. No offer of overnight, fine. I only live two states away, can't take long right? Wrong. Replacements came FIVE BUSINESS DAYS LATER, since they sent them USPS! The slowest (cheapest) option for replacing parts they messed up the first time.

So I finally get my replacement parts and they are THE SAME WRONG PARTS AS THE FIRST TIME. Meaning no one bothered to check the inventory, to see if grabbing the same parts from the same place as before were also incorrect. I emailed again, saying I wanted a manager to call me on Monday, since the parts came Saturday evening, and that I wanted a refund. No call of course, just an email saying "sorry. please send the second set along with the first using the return label we sent, and we will return you $39.99 for that part". They didn't even bother to try making this right after totally botching this twice, and they think I can return twice the weight of what the shipping label is printed for. Talk about seriously not giving a ***t. And now I am on my own to try and find U bolts, so I can finish my lift and not have to bum rides to work since my car has been on blocks for a week already, and they won't even try to fix this.

Terrible business model. Fat Bob's only cares about making a buck and do not even attempt to take care of customers.
