The customer came into our store on June 15, and, attempted to use her debit card for a purchaseWhen the card had been slid through the register there wasn't enough money for the purchaseWhen the transaction was voided it gave a
message, reversal failedThe cashier tried to redo the transaction and the same result occurredThe customer went out to her car and returned with $to pay for the gas that she needed and left with no merchandise
When I spoke to her I told her that as soon as the file had been processed I would be able to get a copy of the report from my contact in our credit card departmentWhen I received the report I called the customer and let her know that her debit card was charged and since she did not receive the merchandise that we owed her the money and that she could come in and pick it upThe customer was in on June 17, at 5:45pm, signed for receiving the $which we owed herI received a phone call from her the following morning on June 18, IN' which she stated that she wanted to be reimbursed for $for her time,travel and that she had been treated badly by the cashierI agreed upon her request to give here the $She stated that she would not go to the cashier to pick up the money that she wanted to receive it from meThe customer was in just a few hours later to pick up the moneyWe had a pleasant conversation about what had happenedI let her know that I would speak to the cashier about the incident and take action to see that it wouldn't happen againWe shook hands and the customer had a smile on her face and stated that she had been satisfied with the out come and was going to call the Revdex.com to let them know that this issue was resolved
Upon receiving the notification form the Revdex.com I called the customer and left her a message to see if she had called the Revdex.com to say that she was satisfied but didn't receive a call backTo my knowledge we did everything possible to correct and satisfy the customer

They have resolved the complaint fully I am satisfied
