[redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] The claim that [redacted] is referring to is a Liability claim, [redacted] being the claimant in this situation, not a Worth Casualty customer [redacted] ’s vehicle is drivable and as such he is not allowed a rental until his vehicle is actually in a repair shop and being worked on Our adjuster has been waiting on [redacted] to advise on the shop name and the day he will take the vehicle to the shop [redacted] (an independent adjuster working for Worth Casualty) works both in his office and in the field [redacted] was out of the office all day on 5/29/when [redacted] attempted to contact him They were able to speak with each other this morning (5/29/2015), [redacted] has finally provided the shop name and a rental will be set up for him starting Tuesday, June 2nd when he takes his vehicle to the body shop for repairs Thank you, [redacted]

The information provided by Worth Casualty is completely false The name of the shop (*** *** *** ** *** **) was provided on 5/before the adjuster visited to inspect the vehicle The issue here is a lack of responsiveness by Worth Casualty/*** *** *** *** did finally reach out this morning after calls and this complaint
