[redacted] became a member of Faster Fitness on July 8th of 2014. She changed from a 3 month to a 12 month membership the next day, on July 9th. She was an awesome client that we enjoyed working with.
On January 9th of 2015 she decided to change...
her membership from a 3 day to a 2 day per week membership for a new 12 months. We gladly complied, but in order to do this, you must restart your term length. This was clearly explained both verbally and through the written contract that she signed. I'm confident that she understood at the time what she was signing. Also in this agreement, it says that after 3 months we can and will send them to collections if they default on their payment. She received numerous emails, voicemails and notifications that she was late on her payments. So we followed our policy as clearly stated in the contract that she signed and sent her to collections.
The root cause of the issue is [redacted] wanted to cancel her membership prematurely in April of 2015 and when I informed her that wasn't possible because we don't have a premature cancellation option (which is clearly stated in every agreement that she signed) she got upset and decided that she just wasn't going to come or pay anymore. Despite begging for her to understand and come back, we did not get an answer. In fact, she set up a block on our future charges, so we only received 4 of 12 payments that we're owed. The remaining balance was sent to collections as the signed agreement clearly states will happen.
We have documentation of the emails sent, and a signed copy of every contract agreement mentioned above. I attached a copy of the agreement that started in January of 2015 and can provide copies of the actual amount that we collected on, what was owed, the emails to the collections agencies and any other desired information.
In closing, Faster Fitness has maintained transparent consistency throughout the entire process and hope the Revdex.com understands that we were fair and provided more than ample awareness to this issue and that we don't deserve to have our perfect record damaged because Ms. [redacted] didn't fulfill her responsibilities.
