This vision center provided terrible customer serviceI needed my almost month old child fitted for glasses; it became obvious very quickly that the woman who was supposed to be helping us had absolutely no desire to do soThe first words out of her mouth were trying to send us to a different clinic to have the fitting, without any attempt to help us whatsoeverI didn't have time to go to another clinic, so I asked her to show me whatever she hadShe then took out a pair of glasses to try on my childThey were obviously too big, and she then informed me that there was nothing in their store that was going to fit herI asked her to give me the sizing information that my child would need so I could order them myselfShe became upset and stated, "So you want ME to do all the work so you can go and buy them somewhere else?!" I was taken aback--she had just told me she had nothing that fit her! She then stated that she could order themAs much as I wanted to walk out, I needed these glasses for my babyA short time later, everything was decided except for the colorAs I debated between different colors, she felt the need to inform me that my child was a baby, and that her glasses didn't have to "match every single ensemble that she owns." What a rude, insensitive comment! Her job was to help me, and she was anything but helpfulShe was consistently rude throughout the appointment, and it wasn't because she was trying to go quickly in order to help other peopleThe store was anything but busy at the time--we were the only customers there when we arrivedShe obviously did not want to take the time to help my child or me find glasses that would work for herNot only that, but I called customer relations to file a complaint, was told that my complaint would be passed along to Mercy Health Mall Vision center management, and that I would be receiving a follcall from management to discuss my experienceThat did not happenApparently the management is not concerned with their employees' lacking customer service skillsI would recommend going ANYWHERE other than hereI've worn glasses most of my life; this was absolutely the worst experience of any vision center or eye doctor that I have ever encountered
