FastCT Cleanse

Went to their website to check out the deal that was being advertised via social media, liked what was presented and ordered a single bottle of pills. I was charged $13.98 for the 2 bottles I never received, nothing was said concerning additional fees. Nothing was mentioned about being charged an additional $94.99 for what was ordered and no receipt.When I called once finding out I had been charged the $94.99 (after checking my balance before getting a refil on my migraine related medicines) I called the 800# and asked who they were, why they took the additional monies and informed them at least 3+ times when they were going to refund my money. The customer service rep then proceeded to get rude, and informed me that they dont give refunds due to it being stated on the webiste. No where on the website does it say that as well as no mention of the charges that were charges. I know that I got no receipt no email confirming my purchase, absolutely nothing.

this company has went into my bank account without my knowledge or consent and have taken out 94.99, the first time it happened my bank contacted me throught there fraud department, I called the compmay and spoke with a young lady that told me she would cancel the order that I never ordered in the first place. I sent them an email and requested that they stop billing me for a service a do not want nor need. this is the second time they went into my account and I am getting very very irritated. can you
