Review: I hire Anthony J[redacted], of Fastair AC, to replace my ac unit. I explain to Anthony the my unit was old, leaking from condensation and air from it smelled bad.He replaced the unit but reused the duct over the old unit (which seems to be the source of the bad smell).He also neglected to glue the pipe from the condensation pan. The first hot day, that I ran the unit for several hours, I had water all over the floor of my garage.After several months and several attempts to contact Anthony, I have not gotten a response.I had the water issue fixed, but can not afford to get the duct replaced.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for. The unit is not working properly which means I am losing more money on energy costs.I think a partial refund would help me to have a professional come in and repair his mistakes.
