[redacted]. I had made several attempts to remedy this situation as you will see from my emails and attachments. I have paid this same invoice twice now. Once Jan. 26, 12017 to lmaginexand now April 4th, 2017 to RMP (attached receipts). I don't know what more I could have done. No damage was done to Ms. [redacted]' credit so I would hope this would resolve this issue. This is not our normal course of business.
