We did receive Mr ***'s voice-mails and emails however due to an issue with our back-end systems our messages both voice and emails did not route properly and caused a delay in our receiving these messagesWe were able to return his call once during this time frame and left him a message
Ultimately this back-end issue delayed us from responding to Mr ***'s issue in a timely fashionWe sincerely apologize about this and did ultimately speak to him and provided him a refund of $for the services he purchased however our terms and conditions only allow for refund of services paid and not any other fees or claimsIf Mr *** likes we can provide him with week of free service should he return to a location that has our servicesIn the mean time we are analyzing our back-end systems to ensure we can eliminate this issue from happening againRegards
