Review: On 10/25/2014 approx 1530 I went to this business to pay my [redacted] phone bill. This business has two different signs up stating how much they charge for paying [redacted] bills and etc.I asked the gentleman that was helping me,"If they were going to take down their old sign stating the wrong amounts".Gentlman became very arugemental with me and stated that "all you mexicans always ask!" , I asked him why he had to be racial about mexicans? I also told this gentalman that I am White/Mexican. At this point the gentalman said that my payment didn't go through and handed me back my money. So I left and call [redacted] to make sure my home phonewouldn't get diconnected due to that I couldn't make payment at this time. At which time the Rep at [redacted] said that my payment had went through.Desired Settlement: This merchandiser not be able to get away with any racial remarks.I would like a formal apology from this gentalman or their represtative.
