Fast Track Van Lines

Review: I agreed to hire Fast Track Van Lines to perform a local move on 30 NOV 13. The work included a 5 men crew for 12 hours, two large trucks, and a flat rate for unlimited packing material to protect the items. Three crew members began working at 1120 am. The other two arrived at 130 pm. At 900 pm, the crew lead told me that he was done. After I signed I noticed that he added a charge for a deposit after paid for the entire amount. I questioned him about the additional deposit. I also told him that they had 2 and half hours to go. He became defensive and left. They charge me for the total that we agreed and they also charged me for the deposit. The crew did not finish unpacking the furniture, they left all the trash in my house, they broke a screen door and the hot water supply in my washer machine. I tried to call the company, but no one answered. On 2 DEC 13, I contacted [redacted] and asked her to provide refund for the hours that they did not work. She refused.Desired Settlement: Refund for 2.5 hours of labor for a 5 men crew ($125/hr for 2.5 hrs = $312.50).Refund of the $75 deposit since I paid the entire amount for the job upfront.
