I am seeking my overpayment of $115 to be refunded to me.
I visited FastTrack on 27 Jun 2017 for the first time after three years. After paying my $30.00 co payment I requested a receipt and discovered that I had a negative balance of $115. At that time I requested a refund for that negative balance. I was given the number to the main billing office XXX-XXX-XXXX in Macon and told to call them concerning any billing issuses. I called and the first couple times spoke with a male whose English was very broken and I really couldn't understand any thing he said, I asked for a supervisor and he stated he was the supervisor. I continued to call until I reached someone by the name of *** on Jun 29th, at that time she stated that she was putting in a request for the refund and went on to verify my address that the check shoul be sent. I called back on today because I never anything and spoke to *** once again. I was told by her that I won't receive anything because my insurance was denied from 3yrs ago so my negative balance was applied to that.
I am making this complaint, because I had I not went into the office and requested my receipt no one would have notofied me of an overpayment. Also had my insurance not covered their portion in three years I would have surely received several bill by now.

Three years should have been more than enough time to have the billing issuses taken care of. I also should had been made aware of any issuses when I first made contact concerning the possiblity of a refund.
As of right now according to our records there isn't a refund due to the patient. Our billing company is currently reviewing account for accuracy. We will follow up as soon as the review is complete.

The billing company should have had this resolved years ago. I will never use this company again.
