This business advertised for sale and delivery of SOD GRASS.On April 3, 2020 I called and spoke to ***, got the information and placed my order. I was told he would send me an invoice and I needed to pay a deposit of $200.00 before they would deliver and the balance of $220.00 to the driver on the day of delivery. I paid a total of $200, and placed my order to be delivered on April 11. That morning I reveied a text from *** saying that it was not coming that day, it would be Tuesday April 14. Tuesday came, no grass. I was told it would be here every day for the next week. I was not longer getting responses to my calls or texts. Finally, on Wednesday April 22nd I was promised a full refund of my deposit of $200.00 the following day. It has been a week with no refund, no return calls or texts.
