Fast P C Solutions

On August 20 I contacted [redacted] in Ottawa because my computer was not working, but
surprisingly I was switched to PC Fast FC Solutions ( [redacted] UT ) who indicated
they could fix my computer and not to use it as they would work on it approximateley 4-5 hours,
and that the charge would be around $162 (not mentioning anything about US funds.) I was
extremely surprised when I saw a charge in US funds, especially as they did not mention it to me.

Yesterdaty I called them again and was transferred to a Mr. [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX PC
ITSupport Luxembourgh, who indicated that I should void that transaction and that a new charge of C$155
has now being added.....Of course, I have not been unable to speak to PC Fast Support as yet .
When I called today and requested their e-mail address -the person who aswered said that they did not have an e-mail address and transferred me. I could not talk to them as he said to leave a message
and he would return my call.
