Thank you for the additional notification of this complaintWe received a request for cancellation but the cancellation request was incompleteA request was sent to the selling dealer by mail and was never responded toThe cancellation was processed but has not been paidI spoke with the complainant first week of February and have pressed the insurer to release the funds based on the dates provided in the original request.One of the items missing in the request was mileage at time of cancellation and as of this date has still not been provided.I have been able to get the contract cancelled by using the time method of cancellation as opposed to the mileage used.We will be funded on this cancellation on or before March 9, and will send the funds to the original selling dealer, who in turn is responsible to refund the contract holderThank you,***
Thank you for notification of this complaint. Fast Lane exited the GAP marketplace in mid We have forwarded the customers request to the GAP provider for cancellation of the contractFast Lane will receive the pro-rated cancellation request from the provider and will forward the proceeds
to the selling dealer within days of receipt of funds.the dealer will then be responsible for returning the proceeds to the lender along with a pro-rated amouth of any profit they may have made on the sale of the GAP waiver.
