lets see where to startOriginally I did the signs for [redacted] 10-12 years ago. She decided to lease out the other side of the building and the tenants all had to use the same size sign, font, and color. there are no options for font style with the [redacted] for $150,...
which is basically what it cost me to make today. [redacted] gave [redacted] my direct number and she contacted me and I told her I do not work with the general public anymore and would have to contact the office about it. [redacted] received the rendering of the signs in question and approved them. She was informed that a deposit is required to start and we heard nothing from her for months. then she shows up and is pissed because they arent done yet so my employees tried to help her no matter how many times she tried to insult them. She makes payment and we make her signs. The time she came by and spoke with me she expressed how unhappy she was with the situation. I explained to her that I was in a motorcycle wreck one month prior and had lots of Dr. appointments with the surgery required so I was not in the loop on all our shop projects but I knew for a fact the signs were at the paint shop because I saw them with my own eyes and that she could pick them up on monday. I apologized for whatever problems she had with fast [redacted] and I would look into it. They were not picked up on Monday and [redacted] our shop foreman contacted [redacted] and offered to deliver them to her. We sent them over and she continued to insult my employees. she has called my office countless times complaining, degrading, and even threatening whoever she spoke to but with no resolution of what she wants besides to talk to me. This last time she was going on about the holes didn't line up on the building. The signs are mounted on a brick wall and might have to be re drilled. We do not offer installation on these types of items anymore. We have a rendering and purchase agreement for this project and fulfilled our part. I do not know what else at this point we can do.... I will not allow my employees to deal with her anymoreThanks
