$and also wash her car for her inconvenience.The items posted on Google Maps referred to in her complaint, were due to individuals not following the “POSTED”instructions.Also, we have an attendant at the facility hours a day, days a week to assist customers with questions and issues.If Ms*** visited after hours since we are open / , all she needed to do was return the next day to have her issue resolved.Please let us know if MS*** would like to come by for her refund or if she would prefer we mail it to her.Sincerely,Fast Lane Car Wash
