This is a great place, and they do great and honest work, they will tell you the truth and will not rip you off, you know me or anyone who knows me, I really don't trust anyone,especialy with my truck, so for me to say this, it should tell you somethingI took my truck to them on 08/06/I was on my way to court and on I-going west when all of a sudden me and my wife heard a pop and a whistling and hard slapping noise and then shaking plus loss of power, I was able to get of the freeway and park in the lot off to the side, I tried everything I could think of and went and bought parts , but when I found out what the problem was I decided to take the truck to Fast Lane Auto Service on North Loop Drive,that was about 4pm, I explained what happen and he listened and then told me what he was going to do like he knew what was wrong and quoted me a price and I left my truck, about 6pm he called and told me that he was finished!
oil change not done right, car leaks oil
Took my car for oil change and it has a leak that stains my garageTook the car back for warranty and they said it was oil left from the service and that it would go awayit's been weeks and the car continue to leak oil
On 9-4-I had my Ford Escape towed to Fast Lane Auto Service in *** *** I asked them to call me with a quote When they called, I was told it would cost over $to replace my battery and alternator I told them that was too much and that I would go buy new parts and bring them back I bought a brand new battery at Wal-Mart and a brand new alternator at Auto Zone and took them back to be installed My final invoice amount was $not counting the new parts I bought elsewhere I was told there would be no warranty because I did not buy the parts from them
Two days later I was headed to my home in *** ** and my car lost all power, shuddered, and could not be started It was pouring down rain and I was stranded about an hour from home My brother called a tow truck to come and get it and took me home The business worked on my car and said the problem was a frayed cord that hooked up the battery and alternator and that there was no way the busine
