On two occasions I have had the Enchanted Forrest back to determine why the dry river bed installed was not functioning properly. On the first visit, I was informed that a couple rocks needed to be moved to have the water channel properly. On the second visit I was informed that a section of the dry river bed needed to be widened. My third request to have the corrections made was ignored. I believe this work was subcontracted and am very surprised that Enchanted Forrest did not arrange for the corrections to be made. I would not use them for this type of work again and will not call them for any landscaping work.
