Review: I took my cellphone to have its screen replaced by this company. One day later the phone stopped working so I took it back to get assistance and have the problem resolved. They are refusing to repair the phone because the employee who was handling my original screen replacement had taken it upon his self to "sub contract" the repair to his friend who was not affiliated with FAST iREPAIR.

When I went to pay for the original service I did find it strange that they asked me to pay cash because their credit card machine was "broken", fortunately I refused to pay with cash so they took my credit card on a square device behind their kiosk, this was obviously how they avoided the transaction being credited to iRepair although they completed the transaction behind their booth. I has absolutely no idea any of this was happening until I went because my phone was still broken.

This has now resulted in a completely broken phone and an out of pocket expense of $100 due to the deceptive and fraudulent actions of their employee. I have tried to seek resolution with the company twice by speaking to managers but they are refusing to help and just tell me "it's not our fault, we have fired the employee".Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the service and out of pocket expenses for the time and mileage I have incurred in trying to resolve the issue. I would also like and apology from this business for the lack of service and support

Review: On August 23rd I left my [redacted] at the location to have the screen replaced. I was told it would be a three our repair and to return later that day. When I returned to pick up the [redacted], I was informed that while the tech was repairing the device he cracked the LCD screen and caused additional damage. He let me know that he would be ordering the replacement part and expected it to arrive within 3-4 business days. After two weeks of responses that the part had not arrived I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that they woudl be fired if they gave out that information so I asked to have them call me. No call, additional follow up calls were made by me with no progress or eta. I emailed the corporate site with all my contact information and left a voice mail as well with no response. they have now offered to ship back the broken ipad so I can take it someplace else, with now the additional expense for what they broke. Please help!

thanksDesired Settlement: the ipad to be repaired or compensate me for the additional costs I will have to incur

Review: Took my iphone 5 with a broken screen in on Friday, repaired the screen and the headset which allows me to hear people stopped working. Took the phone in today (Sunday 4/12) to repair the headset issue. Neither [redacted] nor [redacted] could figure out the problem, so they asked me to come back in tomorrow to get it resolved since the mall was closing (granted, I was there for an 1 hour 15 minutes). I say fine, they put the phone together and give me a screen with a black line going through it. I use my phone a ton for work, so I ask them to please resolve the issue...[redacted] puts it back together and hands me a screen that doesn't stop flashing and asks if it's acceptable. Sure, if I want to seizure every time I use my phone. I say no and ask him to resolve it...he takes apart the phone, puts a new screen on, puts the phone together, turns it on, and boom...my phone is toast. Doesn't power on, just freezes with 5 white lines on the apple load screen with a bunch of text on the top. He says there is nothing he can do about it and says that he needs to mail it to "corporate". I tell him that this customer service is atrocious..I spent $70 for some guy to break my phone? I ask how long it would be to get it fixed...he says, 2 weeks!! So, I tell him that it is totally unacceptable to ask a working professional to spend 14 days without a phone because of a screw up on his part. I took my phone back, and here we are.Desired Settlement: I would like refunds for the following -

Screen Repair at FAST I REPAIR - $70.44

Since this screen has caused problems with my ear-piece (I couldn't hear calls) and the repairmen's negligence in re-assembling my phone caused my iphone to no longer boot, I would like to be compensated for additional costs that arose in order to get this resolved.

Correct screen and re-installation from other business - $90

Headset piece to hear phone conversation - $10

Total Refund desired - $170

Review: I took my daugher's [redacted] into the [redacted] Mall Fast iRepair location on Saturday November 29. I spoke with [redacted] and he said it would take an hour to fix. At that time [redacted] did not do any testing on the [redacted] or did we sign any paper work on the repair of the [redacted]. We came back in an hour but there was a problem with the one of the spots on the glass it would not slide or move. He said it would be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we came back and looked at the [redacted] and all looked good. We took it home. When we got it home my daughter said it would not charger on the any of her connectors (music stand, power cord nor the USB to the computer - the computer would not recognize the connection either). I took the [redacted] back on Sunday November 30 and [redacted] was there. He looked it over and could not figure it out. He tried a new screen but it did not work. Tim (TJ) showed up to take a look and he would not figure it out either. All [redacted] was going to do was refund my $75 and not replace my [redacted]. Which I believe to be completely unfair and not very good customer service. After being there 3 hours, Tim decided to contact someone from [redacted] to purchase a used [redacted] to replace mine. He found one for $90 and I would apply my $75 for the repair and iRepair would pay the difference. I really was not up for the deal but what was I going to do leave with no working [redacted]. Well I got the [redacted] from the person from [redacted] but the power button did not work. Still not very happy with the whole situation. Now you still have my [redacted] and are to be looking at it to see what might have gone wrong. As mentioned to Tim, I want my [redacted] back even if you cannot figure out what has gone wrong with it. I still believe you (iRepair) can improve upon the service I received for [redacted] at the [redacted] Mall. Please contact me back regarding the status of my [redacted] and making things right about this transaction. Also, my daughter was charging her [redacted] on the way to the mall that day so I know it was working before [redacted] got his hands on it.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement [redacted]. That is fully functioning and operational with a new screen at the expense of Fast I Repair and at my choosing of the new product. I dont want some Craig List non-working power button [redacted] that I really did not have a choice on. And I should be completely refunded the $75 I spent to get this fixed/resolved for the lack of service and damaging my [redacted] and for the time it is taking me to make this right.
