Review: Below is an email I received from Fast Furnishings upon approval of their wholesaler program. There are several different levels of wholesale programs. I signed up for the 'Bronze' level which is the free option but only entitles you to 5% off. As we were just starting our business, this is where we wished to stay.

For the past several months, we have been charged $29 a month for their service, that we are NOT using. I can not get a hold of anyone at Fast Furnishings to cancel, nor is there an option to cancel this membership on their website. No one answers the phone, and they require you to contact them via email or phone. Both of these methods, as well as filling out the contact form on the website has rendered any results.
In total they have received $261.00 from us. NONE of this was approved. I don't even know how we would increase our percentage. I also have no emails confirming an increase in percentage or enrollment in the Silver Account, proving again that we DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS PAYMENT.Desired Settlement: Since we DID NOT AUTHORIZE this payment, we require a full refund.
