We should not be asked to refund a repair that was done successfully many months ago. When they brought it in again and it was determined it could not be repaired, we refunded their full payment of $168.21 from June 2nd. As he walked out of the shop he waved the bird at us for no warranted reason. We will not address this complaint further. We have given this person more than what was fair. Let it be known that they are not welcome here again.
