So sorry to hear about your issue.  Fast eddies takes many measures to assure we don't scratch vehicles, having a scratch like what you have explained would have been done by something more than a towel, soft cloth or a dry erase marker thats what is used. We are in the business to clean...

and polish cars to be the best they can be before leaving our facilities. Yours seems to be the only issue with a scratch, it can happen that once the car is cleaned the scratch that was there is now revealed.
