resolved because:

I have been trying to contact Robert for months. Every time I call he dodges the call. The car is not over 30,000 since I purchased it. The car have less than 1,000 miles since I got it. The warranty I bought does not cover anything. Also there is still a lien on my car. The owner Robert told me he would fix the car once I sent him the fax from Audi with the problems.
