To whom this may concern,My response to complaint is as followsCustomer came in with vehicle running really roughHe stated that he wanted an oil change and tune up, under the impression that, that would help his motor run betterMy staff members informed him that the vehicle had little to no
oil at time it came in and that doiing a tune up would not solve his problemThe problem with his vehicle is that it had been running with little to no oil, therefor causing internal damageRepairs that we do not offer at our establishmentHe insisted on getting a tune up either way, thinking that this would pro long the life of an already deteriating engine. We agreed to do it only if the customer understood that this would not solve the issues that the engine internal components had already incurredBefore the service was started, the customer signed a work order that stated, "that we would not be responasble for any damage that the motor currently had or can have after our services where completed"He agreed and signed work orderTherfore releasing us of any liability

My staff members informed him that the vehicle had little to no oil at time it came in and that doiing a tune up would not solve his problem. The problem with his vehicle is that it had been running with little to no oil, therefor causing internal damage. Repairs that we do not offer at our establishment. He insisted on getting a tune up either way, thinking that this would pro long the life of an already deteriating engine.
