I am looking for a refund for the 3 day expedited shipping that I didn't need to pay for because my order was not shipped in time and arrived late.
I ordered 400 balloons on may 29 for a school graduation with a PTO funds. According to their production guarantee my order would be shipped on Tuesday and with the 3 day shipping I selected, I would receive my order on Friday June 5. I contacted the company on several occasions to ask for shipping and tracking info. I got one reply June 4 saying I would get tracking info. I never did. The order arrived on Sunday evening. I contacted the company on Monday to request a refund for the 3 day shipping. I was td that I wasn't entitled to a refund because the order was sent on time. When I asked for proof of when the order was shipped I was told they are short staffed and had a production delay. And the fact that they let me know about the delay was enough for them to keep my $39.48 for shipping. The company offers free shipping. I paid extra to get it on Friday. They did not inform me at the time of ordering that they have a production delay...there is no mention of this on their website. They waited until I placed my order. Also...you can. It speak to anyone on the phone. There is one rep who handles the chat on the website and her refused to escalate my issue to a supervisor. I was official I formed today that my request for a refund of the shipping was denied because they told me about their delay after I placed and paid for my order.
I want a refund of $39.48 for the 3 day shipping that I didn't need.
Ordered 200 balloons for an event 03/04/2020. Paid for order to be overnighted. Order never arrived.
I called and spoke several times with representative (***) who kept promising me order would get to us in time but to no avail. This was weeks before the pandemic shut down. The event passed *** balloons. I still wanted the balloons for future events but requested the Overnight charge to be waived since it never arrived. Once I began requesting this I got no response. It became frustrating . I knew I was being ignored being that whenever I called to add or correct order I reached someone right away. Once we paid, all I recieved after that were a bunch of excuses and hang ups and no email response. At this point I want a full refund.. I chatted with someone this past Friday who said they were looking into status and asked to wait for a response. Two hours later I had to leave for home while yet, once again, getting no where.
at this point I just want a full refund on the credit card used.. Cannot trust that company anymore. The order total was $228.40 The order # is *** INNOVATIVE SOLAR, INC.
I am due a refund of $45.00 for pens not created.
I placed an order on the morning of June 22, 2018 for personalized pens and napkins. Later that same afternoon I received an email from Fast Balloons stating the logo I uploaded couldn't be used in that particular format and I needed to send the logo back in in a jpeg file. I submitted the jpeg, as requested on June 23,2018. Well on Monday, June 25th I was contacted again by customer service stating that the second file I sent over could be used for the pens I wanted to order. I told them that was ok and to not print the pens and to refund me back the cost of the pens which was $45.00. In an email from Fast Balloons, they apologized and said they would refund back my money. They also stated it would take 48 hours for my refund to credited to account. To this date, I have not received my refund nor have I gotten a straight answer. I have called them a total of 4 times and received 4 different answers as to when I will my refund. Last Friday, July7, 2018, the customer service person that my refund was processed and that he would email a copy of the correct receipt. I have yet to receive the receipt to my email. I called again yesterday, July 10, 2018, and the person that answered the phone told me it could take up to 4 to processed even after I told him I had been told something else. He did not listen to me and then I asked to speak the with accounting department, he told that everyone was on vacation. I then asked who is the owner of the company, he told me he could release that information and told me to look it up. This company is very unprofessional and they seriously lack good customer service and I will never use them again. By the way, they did do an awesome job on the personalized napkins.
My nonprofit needs a refund of $45.00 which is the for pens. I agree to the other amount of $46.00 which was for the napkins.
I didn't recieve my package & when I contacted them they were rude to me & said it wasn't there problem
I ordered custom balloons from these people I never recieved my package when I contacted them they said it wasn't there fault or issues & that u have to contact fedex because it say it was delivered when I contacted fedex they told me there wasn't anything they could do about the package not getting to me since it wasn't insuranced & that I need to contact the company when I did that they told me it wasn't there problem & I could just basically stick it where the sun don't shine & that all they do is print & ship after that it isn't there problem all the tracking number says is the package was left at residents dosent say where it was left or if they actually delivered it to the right place so I'm out the money & the package because I didn't recieve it & this company dosent care if customers are happy or if they get there merchandise all they care about is that they get your money & if you don't get your package to bad because you have no recourse since they didn't insure the package so not only am I out the package I'm out the money & will have to order these balloons again for my party this is how they treat there customers
I want my money back from my order & I don't ver want to do business with this company ever again after how they treat there customer
