Review: On the date of 3/21/14 I got a loan for the sum of $810.00 . With this loans was the promo of 0 interest for first mounth. my first payment being due on 4/21/14 of 190.55. I made my first payment on 4/3/14 of 200.00 bringing my balance to 610.00. when I went to pay the loan off complete I was charge interest for the remainer of the month from when I made my payment. so from 4/3/14 to 4/21/14 I was charge interest. the promo was no interest for the whole month, my payoff was 690.12 inwhich was 80.12 over what it should have been. Ive made attempts to resolve this but I cant seem to cant any straight answer .just a run around.In conclusion I had a loan from 3/21/14 to 4/22/14. with a promo 0 interest for first month and was charged 80.12 in interest for that month. thats false advertisementDesired Settlement: I would like the interest paid to me that I should have nver been charged the ammount of 80.12 and that this dont happen to others that fall under this promotion.

Review: This has been an ongoing issue with a Title Loan my father made, who is now deceased. We have been trying to resolve the issue with the vehicle in question and have been getting the run around.
First, my father died and without our knowledge had a auto title loan with this company. There is no estate and a mountain of debt we are working to notify everyone of his death. Fast Auto Loans, were notified prior to his death about coming to pick up the vehicle, that he was going to have it junked and they stated, they would start process to pick it up. We then notified them of his death with a death certificate and again told them to pick up the vehicle. We have received 2 letters, dated, 9/2/9/2014 and 10/10/2014, both giving 10 day notices about repossessing the vehicle. Today is now past that and we have been on the phone with them about picking the vehicle up, they said, they were not going to be picking the vehicle up for us to dispose of it how we saw fit.
Here is the problem, according to Virginia Law, in order for us to junk (scrap) the vehicle, we must have a clear title. Or we can send it to a mechanic and we were told the mechanic could put a "mechanics lien" on the vehicle and after 30 days, Fast Auto Loans would not dispute the lien and a mechanic lien trumps the title loan. Well, in talking with multiple mechanic, no one is willing to do that because Fast Auto Loans will come after them for the money owed on the vehicle and then do to them what they are doing to us, no willing to pick the vehicle up. ( hence, they will get their money).
My issue is we can do nothing with the vehicle, there is no money to pay it off, and the vehicle needs to be removed. Fast Auto Loans has told us the City of [redacted] Police will pick it up ( they will not) and we were told we could have it junked or taken to a mechanic. All the while, knowing the law of Virginia clearly states it cannot be junked ( scrapped) without a clear title. Asking us to break the law, is illegal and unethical.
We have stated to them about needing a the title to be able to have it junked and they will not release it without the balance paid, and they will not pick up the vehicle because it will cost them more than what they would get out of it.
They cannot have it both ways, we can LEGALLY do nothing without the title. There is no money except a mountain of debt and the vehicle cannot stay in the front of the house any longer.
They either need to release the title to us or come and pick the truck up.Desired Settlement: PICK UP THE VEHICLE or release the title so it can be given to a mechanic for them to fix or scrap.
The letters state, on 10/10/2014 default was made and if not resolved in 10 days, the vehicle would be repossessed. REPOSSES it or give us the title for us to dispose of it.

Review: We got a loan from fast auto loans. We were late on payments I admit that they hired a very dishonest recovery company to repo truck. This company drug the truck on recovery truck. Also took stuff off of truck. Now we have paid loan and fees and we were told we would get title. We called them and say they are not sure why they don't have it. I feel this company should be libel for all the loss we've gone through since they hired this company to recovery the truck. Also the customer service skills of [redacted] there are very rude! When I called to get my title she acted like I had no right to be calling. I feel like this company should pay to have damage and loss items since they hired company!Desired Settlement: I think they should refund 425.00 since they hired company to pay for lost wages in trying to get loss stuff back and I want my title back.
