As you can see my name and address isn't even correct so...

since I 1. NEVER received a proof to be sure that this add was appropriate for my business to have advertised this should void all contracts I had with this company thus giving me a FULL REFUND for what I had sent out since I did not see that the name and address was incorrect until it was printed. I attached two photos one of the ad and one of my business card so you can see how the name and address should be since it is incorrect.
