I am rejecting this response because:
Im sure what the business responded is a lie, the dispatcher never said what they claimOne thing is true, I did sign a paper, a blank one that the guy made me saying that if I didn't sign it he couldn't work on my car because that's the *** law

Do not trust this company or Joshua Kim LidraaThey are liars and thievesI had to file a police report

I was quoted $50 over the phone and charged $250, that is simply unacceptable. When he finally arrived to my location he kept asking me "Is this really your care?" and telling me "You know it is illegal and I will go to jail if you are stealing this car" and "You know I'll need your insurance, and that it has to be up-to-date, right?" After being interrogated and harassed in the pouring rain by this man he finally unlocks my car and proceeds to charge me $250, $249.48 to be exact.
