Review: I ordered a jacket February*,2013 from this online boutique (fashionrockks.bigcartel.com). After inquiring about the items I ordered, I was told that the jacket was on backorder. After waiting awhile, I decided I would take a refund. I never received the refund. Last month I decided I would receive items from the boutique, due to a refund never being issued. I was told that the order was being processed. A month later I havent received any items. I emailed the boutique two days ago, im still awaiting a response. I have all emails, and the invoice.Desired Settlement: Refund
