Review: I per-ordered an outfit from this store about 1-2 months before the item was in stock. I paid upfront, confirming that returns are accepted and paid using [redacted]. I received notice when my item was shipping out. Unfortunately, the item did not work for me and I needed to return. I sent a few e-mails asking if there was anything specific they required for the return. After never hearing back from their customer service, I called them and after a few tries, someone finally answered. She stated to just send the item back and so I did. The item was confirmed and delivered by [redacted] on 11/*/14. I sent multiple e-mails requesting when my refund will be processed. I received the following response on 11/**:"Hello, sorry about the delay. We received The item, but my assistant can not do the Refund. I am not on locating, but your refundProcess should start on Monday."I did not hear from the company that Monday and followed up on Sunday 11/**. After hearing nothing from the company, I followed up 11/**. Again, after hearing nothing, followed up with the company on 11/** and unfortunately had to result to threatening to report them to Revdex.com & fraud to my CC company (which I even stated in the e-mail I'd hate to do to a small company.) This FINALLY resulted in acknowledgement to my situation on 11/** and that [redacted] will send me an email once theyve issued the refund. They did offer a $50 coupon to try and ease the painfully situation, which I have no interested in and only want my refund! I get an email on 11/** stating that I have to go through [redacted], dispute the purchase and my money will return immediately. I did as they suggested and was notified that [redacted] does not handle disputes of this nature and closed the case (emails to prove). I responded to Fashion Frenzy letting them know this. The response I received on 11/** was that they will send it via [redacted]. I told them Id rather a check mailed out as opposed to going to ** to have them take a fee out! Did not get a response to that and followed up AGAIN twice on 12/*, no response. Finally on 12/* after asking why I am pulling teeth for a rightfully owed refund, their response was: Good Morning,We have never had a situation like this, normally if a customer request a refund, the customer will use the easier process, which is either through [redacted], their credit card company or bank. You are now requesting a check from us, which will add delays in the process. An email will send within a few hours, when the check is mail out. I reminded them AGAIN of [redacted] denying the dispute claim and requesting a copy of the check being mailed out. Overall Ive remained fairly calm given the PAINFUL process is trying to receive my refund. I will never shop at a smaller private online boutique again after this horrific ordeal. Im pretty convinced Ill never actually receive my $109 back!

ALL I have been requesting is for my money to be refunded since they received THEIR product back! If I would have known it would have been THIS MUCH of a hassle to receive what is rightfully mine, I would have kept the item and re-sold it myself.
