Dealership improperly installed my Ranger 900XP lock & ride windshield and rear window, causing damage to windshield and loss of the rear window
I purchased a brand new xxxxx Ranger 900XP from Team Motorsports, and drove to xxxxx, SC to pick it up at the scheduled appointment dayI arrived at the dealership expecting the new unit to be fully prepared to goInstead, it became obvious that the vehicle roof, winch, front windshield and rear window were not yet installedShop mechanics were scrambling to get it doneI walked to the shop area and observed the shop mechanic struggling with the windshieldIt would not mount into place because the Ranger 900XP was missing certain mounting hardware that allows the Lock-n-Ride windshield to lock into placeInstead of using the factory part, the mechanic had attempted to fashion a part using a bolt and electrical tapeThe mechanic removed the windshield several times in his attempts to fix the problemWhen he leaned the windshield again
