They cut my daughter skin and they did my nails also and it was such horrible poor job and didn't even apologize for cutting her skin off and I told her....And she said oh your picky I'm not picky but I wanted a nice service and be satisfied with the service!
I, owner of this business, have done my best by offering different options to this client to satisfy her. She refused and was persistent in only getting a refund for the service, which goes against our policy of " all services are made non-refundable", that is displayed in the front of the salon.
