Review: The purpose of my visit to the Lens Lab was to purchase Bi-focal lens, "magnified bottoms and clear tops". I was convinced by a sales staff member that progressive lens's were my best choice. Of course they don't have a sample pair to try so you need to order them. 2 days later and once I tried these on my reaction was NO these are not what I wanted, they actually limited my sight and gave me a headache I took them home and tried them in different work conditions, and confirmed they just would never work for me, so I returned them.

I was told that I had "30days". Which was in the context of a conversion that lead me to believe within 30 days if not satisfied I was able to receive a full refund.

There is no signage stating that they have a no refund policy.

I was told since I originally ordered a more expensive lens and now replacing that lens with a less expensive "$160" less I was not entitled to a refund because I was dissatisfied.

I think that Lens Lab baited and switched me from a more expensive lens to a less expensive lens to capitalize on profit.

I was also told if I got the 1 year anti-scratch insurance that at 11 months I could come in and replace the lens for free, I took the insurance not for that reason but for the added protection, looking back that should have been a red flag to me.Desired Settlement: I am so offended by this business and behavior that I wish to walk away clean with a full refund. They presently have the glasses and frames, the difference was all I really wanted in our discussion at the store, but since it is so difficult to issue a complaint that I just am done with this business and would like the full refund.
