business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I went by the location on 2/23/18 to ensure my address was on file. The person I spoke to said she'd let the district manager know to contact me. I never received a call stating when the refund will be sent. I will expect it within one week from today, and if I don't receive I will be following up with them. I will also inform the Revdex.com that the refund was not sent.
