We approach Gates Four back in October or November of asking to suspend our membership until our financial situation was betterCathy said we were not there a year (yet) and could not suspend/resignWe go in to pay in March and tell them we are moving and want to resign our membershipWe are told we cannot do so until our bill is paid in fullI get the bill about April 8thI explain to Kevin the general managerHe claims this is the first he has heard about thisHe assured me that he would work with our familyI told him to not allow any more charges to be put on our billI received and email today with a new statement and contract which has the 1st payment due on March 25th There is also approximately $of new charges
