I think Fashion Furniture is making millions $$$ in revenue, but not billions, so they're not at the point of a company like [redacted] or [redacted] who assume responsibility for defective products, whether they be used, refurbished, or new. Fashion Furniture prefers excuses, exaggerations, and lies, over facts, truths, and responsibility. Excuses, exaggerations, and lies, transcend across every location, branch, sub-division, their clearance outlet, and ESPECIALLY, every single employee, in every department. See the photos attached. Would a customer SERIOUSLY buy a chest that's banged up with cracks and holes in it? No, of course not. This is where Fashion Furniture excuses, exaggerations, and lies, come in, over facts, truths, and responsibility. See the photos attached. Would a customer SERIOUSLY buy a mattress with blood & wine stains, and smells like a there's a dead animal buried inside? No, of course not. This is where Fashion Furniture excuses, exaggerations, and lies, come in, over facts, truths, and responsibility. These are only TWO small examples. Fashion Furniture is built on excuses, exaggerations, and lies, over over facts, truths, and responsibility.
Review: Bait and Switch, Arbitrary Pricing, and difficulty with Customer ServiceI was given the Fashion Furniture Rental's brochure, by the [redacted] apartment complex I moved into, which listed prices of the different Tiers of furniture collections especially for [redacted] apartment complex. I selected the Tier 2 collection for one year at $250/month. Prices for Tier 2 listed as: 2-month $445, 3-month $345, 6-month $275, 12 month-$250. I told Fashion Furniture I was uncertain how long I would need to purchase my own furniture. They suggested I take the 1 year lease and told me if I wanted out of the lease early I could pay the difference of the higher amount listed in the brochure. So, for example, if I rented for only 6 months I would pay the higher amount of $275/month. I called to schedule a pick up of the furniture at 8 months. At first I was told I would need to pay for the entire 12 month lease. Then I was told I could opt out at 8 months, but I would need to pay the difference of lease rate of $320/month. I pointed out this was not what was verbally promised to me and there was not even a pricing in the brochure for $320/month. I was then informed they would meet me 1/2 way and agree to let me pay $297.50/month. I asked several times for the contact information for the head of the company. Finally after I was given her information I left a detailed message for her and requested she contact me. Instead, she the same woman I had the dispute with to resolve the pricing issue.Desired Settlement: I'd like Revdex.com to give the company a call

Response:
I would like help from the BBC to resolve the complaint. I would like the company to do as they verbally promised at the onset of the lease and charge the higher 6 month rate of $275 as printed in their brochure for returning the furniture before the end of the year.
