Review: 1.Product purchased (Lingerie solutions online store--U plunge backless strapless Bra) on 9/19/2015 2. Received the product and immediately sent it back to the store on 9/23/2015 (USPS)--Reasons for full refund: Very very poor quality. Not delivering what they advertised. The product very ill fitting. Wrong size. 3. Waited for the credit to be posted on Visa Card for a month. No credit 4. On 10/20, called the store (###-###-#### and ###-###-####) to verify if they received the product. 5. Employee (J[redacted]) confirmed the receiving of the product and contacted the billing department for full refund ($38.70) 6. I was informed to have the credit back to my Visa account no later than 10/23 but no credit. 7. Called the store again and the same employee, once again, promised to finish the full refund by 10/28. No Credit. 8. On 11/2, called the store again. NO answers at all. No customer line available anymore. No employees available. NO resolutions. 9. The store has the product and NO refund.Desired Settlement: Full Refund (credit back to my Visa Card) as promised by the store.
