They are stating they will be out on 2/to finishThat is today and they have not called to schedule nor have they arrived to complete the jobThis is typicalBy their statement that they "kindly" took care of the "dip"That was a part of the job that I paid forAlong with that of the chips were installer issuesUnder the bed - which they moved the bed back into place and it was noted when I did a cleanup of the construction dustAlong with under a chair they also moved back into place and I again found upon cleanupThe chips in the doorway are from the over compensated "fixing" of the "dip" that has now become a hump thereby the floor ends have begun to pop upThe dip was known prior to installation and I was assured that they could fix and the flooring will lay appropriately - that was the main issue of installing hard surface vs carpetI am not confident in this install now after the problems I have had after less than months and the flooring poppedHowever this is a wait and see issueSo as of today the transition has not been installed as they noted above Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 24, 2017/03/14) */ Consumer called back indicating this matter is resolvedThere are few things will need monitored, but the complaint is resolved
