Review: I wired, at his request, $2484 to [redacted]'s Wells Fargo account for use and rental of his boutique guest suite under V- Productions, Corp for 12 nights (June [redacted] to July [redacted], 2013). On June **, 2013 informed me that the suite was no longer available and that he would immediately issue a full refund. Since then, I have received no information from [redacted] even though I have called and e-mailed him regularly and have received no response to date and I have NOT received the refund.Desired Settlement: Requesting a full refund of $2484

Review: -1/**/13 - Initial inquiry on rental through [redacted] -2/**/13 - Contacted [redacted] if property still available. An immediate response was received. -2/**/13 - Paid V- Models $1285 through paypal to stay at a vacation rental from 7/**/13-8/*/13. -5/**/13 - requested a contract or confirmation of reservation but no response after 3 emails. -6/**/13 - received emailed response stating "we just don't write contracts we just like hotels they dont either the paid invoice is what we been using for 3 years if that's not good enough we move forward to cancel your request thanks *" -6/**/13 - Requested that they provide me with the following information as documentation to reservation: Since you say your are just like hotels surely are you able to provide me with a reservation confirmation (beyond our emails) indicating the following? -my name -date or arrival and departure along with check-in & check-out times -the exact location of the reserved property -the nightly rate including any additional fees -any policies -your contact information 6/**/13: Since no response to my previous messages, emailed and called to request cancellation Asked for immediate full refund for $1285 returned in a certified bank check only and mailed to [redacted] as the account that we initially paid with is now a closed account. 6/**/13: Called office and spoke with [redacted] who stated will forward cancellation request to [redacted]. * I have called their office every business day since then only to leave messages for [redacted] or be informed that they are still working on it.Desired Settlement: The business shall grant the requested refund as an email from them on 2/**/1 stated that : "Our cancellation policy is stated on [redacted]; we would need a minimum of 21 days' notice should you request a cancellation and request for a refund. If notice is given within a shorter timeframe, we will gladly issue you with a credit for your stay, valid for up to one year. "

At this time, I have not been contacted by Fashion-Eleven regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have emailed them 9 times and called 15 times with only false promises of receiving a refund.
