This establishment has giant posters on the side of their business advertising a dry cleaning special and bring in pay for I brought in articles of clothingwere starched items and were dry cleaning itemsI used my credit card to pay these servicesI was originally charged full price of $plus taxIt was a Friday after 5pm when I picked up my clothing, so there was not a manager or owner present to dispute this withOn my first available chance, I went in person to the establishment and presented my receipts and explained the complaintAfter some time passed, the young lady brought back my receipt and stated she could only give me in store credit and not cash or put it back on my cardI was given $credit for the dry cleaningI re figured the numbers and realized that I had not been given credit for the bring in pay for promotionI then spoke to the employee about that issue and was told that the for promotion was only for starched itemsI expla
