I sent my Steam-Whirl steamer to them to repair a water leakIt came back and burned itself out after working for minutes approximately; staining irreparably my shower wallI sent it backIt came back not working at allHaving spent $500+ US on repair and postage to them I asked for a full refund for repair and postage and I would send them back the steamer to do w/it as they wishedThey have not responded/refused the aboveThis firm has been sold by its original ownerHis business was competentI bought two steamers from him over the yearsHis product and customer service was excellentThis 2nd hand company apparently not soBuyer Beware
