I made contact with the customer on the date of the complaint.  We spoke about all the various points of her complaint and there were specific numbers necessary to help answer some questions the customer had.  I called her two days later and was unable to make contact.  I called...

several times between 8/30 and 9/6 leaving a message each time- I finally spoke with the customer again on 9/6.  We reached an agreement on how to handle the situation.  The customer was satisfied with the resolution.

This issue has been resolved.  The customer has been allowed to return the puppy and her financing contract has been voided out.
