Farrell could not have been more helpful in installing my water heater. He adjusted his schedule to fit mine and did a great job. 8 months later the heater had problems and he responded right away. It was a manufacture problem. He took it out and replaced with a new one. I expected a hefty bill, but received none. He said I treat people the way I would want to be treated. Will only do business with him in the future.
